We have updated the engine's cooling system with the revolutionary Inline Thermostat conversion and the top-quality Airtex water pump with the result that it runs a super-cool 183 degrees in normal operation (20-30 below the usual D2 4.6l). We have also banished the common "3 Amigos" problem with a preemptive reconfiguring of the ABS module. -Updated looks and safety. We have upgraded the tires, the smooth riding but highly capable Nexen Roadian AT Pros, to a +1.5" size, improving the handling, and looks, of the truck. Plus, top-notch KYB (Kayaba) shocks really sharpen the steering response while providing a firm but smooth ride. Headlights, fog lights, and license plate lights have all been upgraded to LEDs for exponentially brighter visibility. Additionally, a modern 9" touchscreen with wireless Apple Carplay and hand-free Bluetooth phone, as well as a sharp back-up camera, bring this 21-year old into the modern era of safety and convenience.
