2002 Land Rover Discovery Series II

These wonderful vehicles featured the strong and durable 4.0l V-8 and were not so burdened by emissions constraints as the '03-'04 trucks, so they run cooler, better, and longer. This 2002 is a great example and it is also a rare version - the "Westminster", the top Disco trim level in the day, featuring a smart two-tone leather interior, additional wood trim in Birdseye Maple, and the terrific Harmon-Kardon sub-woofered speaker system (here mated to an aftermarket Pioneer head unit with USB and single CD). This vehicle has been through our inspection and reconditioning program with a recent 100,000 mile FULL SERVICE including engine top-end regasketing, new spark plugs and wires and a complete fluid and filter service. The brakes are nearly new and the tires are decent, The truck features a modest 2" lift and Black coated wheels, for a more aggressive and contemporary look (imagine how it also might look with some serious off-road tires on it!)
