2002 Land Rover Discovery Series II SE

We are an independent Rover repair shop that buys, reconditions, and sell Land Rover Discovery's. Our Shop Foreman knows these vehicles from decades ago and he believes strongly that the 2002 Discovery was the best of the series: the 4.0 V8 is understresed by comparison with later vehicles and will simply last forever. The '02 also also the last Disco that had a factory installed oil cooler, which really helps that the V8 keep its cool in our harsh summer weather. Many of our clients also appreciate that the GLASS headlights on this model never fade and can be counted on to always emit a crystal clear light. This wonderful LOW MILEAGE vehicle was a local trade and is CarFax certified as ACCIDENT-FREE, 2 OWNER. It did need some mechanical updating, however, so we installed NEW HEAD GASKETS, water pump, and did the 100,000 mile Major Service. It has new rotors and pads all around and decent Pirelli Scorpions measured at 4/32nds. The paint and body are in excellent shape with no dents, dings, big scratches, or fading! The interior is likewise in excellent condition with a NEW HEADLINER. There are NO rips, tears, stains, or odors inside the truck. Overall, this is an wonderful investment vehicle that is certain to give many, many years of solid, safe, reliable service at a vry accesible price (like all our vehicles, it is firmly priced at the Kelley Blue Book retail value for its age, mileage and equipment).
